This piece of audiio was conducted as part of my media class. The assignment was to interview someone in another life stage (either older or younger). I chose to interview my grandmother as her wise eyes have seen everything from JFK's assasination to President Obama's anogeration. She has marched through civil rights marches and has walked the walk of parenting while overseeing grandparenting. I asked her ,among other things, what her vision of America is, the answer is very inspiring and full of passion.
This time I interviewed oth of my grandparents abou the time they first met/went out/ got engaged. This was due to a supernatural story that my grandmother likes to tell however for this project she declined to tell it. None the less this is quite a sweet piece of audio.
This audio was curated with Adobe Audition and uses a mixture of story telling by Maya Morley and the soundtrack of I'm a Good Ol' Rebel to create an immersive expreience.
This audio was recorded from a short fiction piece that I authored. I used Adobe Audition to edit out the background noise; however there is an audible beep tone that appears at random which I was unable to edit out
